The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the beach and the CBD. the hotel offered free breakfast and free body boards, which were a nice bonus.
The cleanliness of the hotel was a major issue. the rooms and common areas were dirty and smelled musty.

The hostel was situated very close to the main attractions of the city and also had easy access to public transport. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They even offered a complimentary breakfast and a clean room with comfortable beds. Plus, the common areas were well maintained and the atmosphere was very lively.
Some of the other guests were a bit noisy during the night and the facilities were a bit older and could use some updates. the bathrooms could have been cleaner and better maintained.

I had the best time staying at this hostel! The atmosphere was amazing and I felt right at home. The Wi-Fi was surprisingly excellent, which made it easy to stay connected. The showers and toilets were always clean and well-maintained. The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout my stay. And let me tell you about the Fraser Island tour. what an incredible experience! Our guide, Brett, was absolutely fantastic. He made sure we had a blast and genuinely cared about our enjoyment and the well-being of the island. The food on the tour was also delicious, exceeding my expectations. Brett, if you're reading this, we miss you already!

The complementary breakfast and wifi were a great addition to the already wonderful location near the beach and main attractions. the festive decorations added to the holiday spirit and created a welcoming atmosphere. Plus, the bunk beds were surprisingly comfortable which made for a great night's sleep.
The bathrooms could have been cleaner and more spacious, especially during peak usage times. the lack of storage space in the rooms made it difficult to keep our belongings organized.

We stayed in a townhouse-style hotel, directly across from the beach and close to all restaurants. The hotel was clean, had off-street parking, and the staff were excellent. We could check-in anytime with a safe box available to collect the key.
Nothing everything was great.
